PLEASE COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING RULES WHEN PLACING AN ORDER

1) ORDERS – We accept written orders, orders sent by fax, via the Internet or telephone orders detailing the item, quantity, colour, initials or customizations. A minimum order amount of 50.00 € is required in order to checkout.

2) In your correspondence, regardless if package or letter, in addition to the address, please ALWAYS indicate the following: SACCHI SRL - CASELLA POSTALE 71

3) When placing an order, please type or write in clear block letters. Do not forget to write your address (we are not responsible for any mistakes due to unclear handwriting) on the envelope and on the order sheet, showing your full telephone number and code and your e-mail address if you have one

4) PAYMENT TERMS – Payment can be deferred or COD. If deferred, it should be executed within 30 days of package receipt using the current account paying-in slip. If the order does not exceed € 250.00, it will exclusively be sent as COD.

5) PRICES – List prices are INCLUSIVE OF VAT. The price refers to each single pair of items. It is however subject to changes in the event of substantial increases. Wherever possible, we shall not make any changes to the price list for the whole validity period. However, we reserve the right to change the prices if necessary and without any prior notice. The orders received after the expiry date of the price list will be processed according to the new price list, and without any prior notice. VAT DOES NOT APPLY TO NON-EEC COUNTRIES in relation to orders shipped abroad

DISCOUNTS – Cumulative orders worth in excess of 250.00 euros will be entitled to a 5% discount

POSTAL CHARGES – For deliveries in Italy, a fixed sum for postal expenses equalling € 10.50 will always be added to the total price. For foreign deliveries, we will follow the variations regarding every single country, the package weight and dimensions. Should we meet with a postal increase during the validity period of the price list, we will quote that increase.

6) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION – Personal initials can be included upon request, provided the name is absolutely clear. However, additional costs will apply.
We also do bindings and we make items that are different from those detailed in the price list, such as researches, etc. We appreciate any suggestions that you may have to improve our products. 7) BINDING – All publications for binding should be sent by the client.

8) CATALOGUE – It will be forwarded to our customers on a regular basis and upon request. Our articles are available only at the Rescaldina outlet or through mail order selling.
