PLEASE COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING RULES WHEN PLACING AN ORDER
1) ORDERS – We accept written orders,
orders sent by fax, via the Internet or telephone orders
detailing the item, quantity, colour, initials or customizations
2) Do not make any changes/additions once the order has been placed.
Please consider things carefully in advance
3) When placing an order, please type or write in clear
block letters. Do not forget to write your address (we are not responsible
for any mistakes due to unclear handwriting) on the envelope and
on the order sheet, showing your full telephone number
and code and your e-mail address if you have one
4) PAYMENT TERMS – Payment must be made
by giro soon after you receive the parcel according to the regulations
for cumulative orders, or upon receipt of the goods. The parcel
will be cash on delivery only if the order is not worth more than
155,00 euros
5) PRICES – List prices are INCLUSIVE OF
VAT. The price refers to each single pair of items. It is however
subject to changes in the event of substantial increases. Wherever
possible, we shall not make any changes to the price list for the
whole validity period. However, we reserve the right to change the
prices if necessary and without any prior notice. The orders received
after the expiry date of the price list will be processed according
to the new price list, and without any prior notice. VAT DOES NOT
APPLY TO NON-EEC COUNTRIES in relation to orders shipped abroad
DISCOUNTS – Cumulative orders worth in excess
of 155.00 euros will be entitled to a 5% discount
POSTAL CHARGES – Postage will be added to
orders worth less than 155.00 euros. Postal charges also apply to
orders shipped abroad. Any additional postal charges will be charged
in case of increased postage occurring during the validity period
of the price list.
6) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION – Personal initials
can be included upon request, provided the name is absolutely
clear. However, additional costs will apply.
We also do bindings and we make items that are different from those
detailed in the price list, such as researches, etc. We appreciate
any suggestions that you may have to improve our products. Please
ensure that your literature is well packed when forwarding it to
us. PLEASE RING MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8am - 12.30am and 1.30pm
- 5pm; SATURDAY, 8am - 12am.
7) BINDING – Please refer to the catalogue
for colours
8) CATALOGUE – It will be forwarded to our
customers on a regular basis and upon request
